Project Manager needed w/Master’s degree or Foreign Equivalent in Architecture or Construction Management or Engineering Management and one (1) year experience as Project Manager performing following job duties:

Oversee every phase of a Project (Mixed Use, Residential, Affordable housing). Engage from the project's inception through planning, execution, performance monitoring and completion. Ensure projects stay on track and meet their objectives. Work closely with clients, stakeholders and the design team to define the project's goals, scope and deliverables aligning with client expectations.  Develop comprehensive project plans that include detailed timelines, milestones and budgets.  Review and approve architectural drawings, plans and specifications to ensure that they comply with the local building codes, regulations and industry standards.  Develop and maintain these budgets, continuously monitoring expenditures and financial performance. Identify cost-saving opportunities and ensure the project stays financially healthy.  Prepare detailed cost estimates and proposals for clients.  Ensure that all parties involved have clear agreements in place, contributing to smoother project execution.  Coordinate construction activities and schedules to ensure that the project adheres to both timelines and budgets. Direct and evaluate site personnel and provide accurate instructions and directions to achieve project goals. Coordinate all inspections and tests on site which helps prevent delays and cost overruns.  Conduct regular site visits to inspect construction progress, assess work quality and enforce safety standards.

Salary: $165,485.00 Per Year.

Must be available to travel nationally and relocate to any unanticipated client sites for temporary projects. Frequency of travel 50%, No international travel.
